This page explains what information this website collects, why it’s used, and who looks after it. Treatments and bookings are provided by Serenya Therapy (Khloe, Ulceby). The website and booking system are built and hosted by North Lincs Web (NLW).

• Bookings: name, phone, optional email, appointment details, notes, and (for mobile visits) your address.
• News sign-ups: name and email if you join the studio updates list.
• Technical data: basic browser storage used to run the site (for example remembering that you’ve closed the news popup).

How it’s used

• To take and manage your appointment in the studio diary.
• To contact you about your booking if needed.
• To send studio news or offers only if you signed up for updates.
• To keep the website and booking system working securely.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who holds your data

Booking and sign-up details are stored so Serenya Therapy can run the diary and contact customers. North Lincs Web provides the platform hosting and technical processing needed to deliver this website and booking tool.

Emails

If you sign up for news, you may receive emails when Serenya posts studio updates. You can ask to be removed at any time by contacting Serenya Therapy.
